This Flight Tonight

This Flight Tonight

This Flight Tonight take some of their influences from Radiohead, David Gray, Travis, Coldplay, Kings of Leon and Jeff Buckley.

This Flight TonightThis Flight Tonight has recently been signed by Starlight Records and Starlight Distribution, however TFT still rely on being a crowd-funded musical project. The debut album “Friendly Fire” was produced in New Zealand by Miscreant Recordings and The Soundroom, then mastered by Kenny MacDonald who has worked with well known artists from Sting to INXS.

The name “This Flight Tonight” conjures up images of the emotional departures and arrivals at airports. It’s those moments of change and new beginnings. It’s that spur of the moment decision to take that flight tonight, to escape and set for adventure. The project is directed by songwriter Ralph Warren Engle, and the studio recordings features guest musical contributions from numerous artists.

A brand new EP is coming out soon. The concept is: dirty sleazy realism kissed in places by refreshing daylight and hope.
